Eligibility for Application (Foreign National Status)
Eligible Applicants
a. International students
b. Individuals born as Turkish citizens but who have renounced citizenship and their underage children with rights under Turkish Citizenship Law No. 5901
c. Those with dual citizenship (other country + Republic of Turkey)
d. Turkish citizens who completed high school in another country (excluding TRNC, unless in Turkish institutions abroad)
e. TRNC citizens with a GCE AL exam score or those enrolled in foreign institutions between 2005–2010 with a GCE AL score
Ineligible Applicants
a. Turkish citizens who completed secondary education in Turkey or TRNC
b. TRNC citizens (except those with GCE AL exam score or those enrolled abroad between 2005–2010 with GCE AL score)
c. Dual citizens where one citizenship is Turkish by birth (unless educated abroad or in foreign institutions within Turkey)
d. Turkish or dual citizens who completed secondary education at embassy schools or foreign institutions within Turkey
