How to Apply as a Transfer Student to Beykoz University
Transfer students are individuals currently enrolled at another university who wish to continue their education at Beykoz University. International students can apply for a transfer in Turkey only once. If you’re considering transferring to our institution, please follow the steps outlined below:
For Bachelor’s and Associate Degrees:
Complete the Application Form: Access the transfer application form [here]. Fill it out and upload the following required documents:
– Passport
– High school diploma
– High school transcripts
– A recent photo
– Current university transcripts and detailed course descriptions, attested by your current university
Verify Your University: Ensure that your current university is recognized by the Higher Education Council of Turkey (YÖK). Our International Office will verify this information.
Faculty Evaluation: After submission, your application will be evaluated by the faculty committee. You will receive details about the course transfer process within one week.
Finalize the Course Transfer: After completing your registration at Beykoz University, submit the course transfer form (available [here]) to the relevant faculty to formalize your transfer.
For Master’s Degrees:
Complete the Application Form: Start by filling out the transfer application form [here]. Upload the following documents:
– Passport
– Bachelor’s diploma
– Bachelor’s transcripts
– A recent photo
– Current university transcripts and detailed course descriptions, attested by your current university
Verify Universities: Ensure that both your current university and the institution from which you obtained your bachelor’s degree are recognized by the Higher Education Council of Turkey (YÖK). This will be confirmed by our International Office.
Institute Evaluation: Your application will be reviewed by the institute committee, and you will receive details about the course transfer process within one week.
Finalize the Course Transfer: Upon completing your registration, submit the course transfer form (available [here]) to the Institute of Graduate Programmes to formalize your transfer.
